Although this particular entry does not focus specifically on Trucking Law and Trucking collisions, I thought it was important to share with you the New Child Car Seat Guidelines.  Car crashes are the leading cause of death for children younger than 3 years of age, according to reports.  In additon, many young children are seriously injured in car crashes.  Collisions caused by truck drivers and motor carriers result child deaths and serious injuries.  Keeping our children as safe as possible is the goal of these new guidelines.  Parents should also follow the guidelines of the child car seat manufacturers.  Always take the necessary time and care to ensure that child car seats are properly installed and that you use the proper child car seat for the age and size of your young loved ones.  Nothing is more important, when traveling with young children than to make sure that they are properly protected with a child car seat.
