Many travelers upon our public roads suffer serious injuries, and, unfortunately, fatal injuries as a result of truck accidents crashes each and every year.

The numbers are far too great.  So many truck collisions are caused by a lack of training, qualifications, safety programs, and safety rules.  Truck drivers are governed by strict laws, as are motor carrier companies. But even so, big trucks and trailers cause incredible damage.

I am proud to say that I am experienced and skilled in the legal handling of truck collisions and the results that unfortunately occur.  I take great effort to understand the trucking industry, and have acquired a detailed knowledge of the unique rules, duties, and regulations that govern commercial vehicle transportation.

As a result, I have taken lead on dozens of in-depth, complicated crash investigations, conducted numerous depositions of commercial drivers and safety directors and litigated commercial trucking cases in Washington, Oregon and Nevada.

I have earned over $300 million in trial verdicts and settlements pursuing claims on behalf of his clients—and handled cases in nearly every court in Washington.
